Mango Coconut Protein Smoothie

Ingredients
  • 1 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 1 cup unsweetened, plain coconut milk
  • ½ cup baby spinach
  • 2 heaping tablespoons plain protein powder
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 2 teaspoons hemp seeds
Instructions
  1. Add all ingredients into a blender.
  2. Blend on high until smooth, scraping the sides with a spoon if necessary. Enjoy immediately!
