Vegan Black Sesame Avocado Mousse

Ingredients
  • 1 avocado
  • ¾ cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 3 tablespoons black sesame powder
  • 2 tablespoons raw blue agave
  • Raspberries, for garnish
Instructions
  1. Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop out the flesh from the whole avocado.
  2. Add the avocado flesh and all the other ingredients into a food processor. Process until smooth.
  3. Pour the mousse into 2 ramekins or small bowls. Refrigerate for 30-60 minutes. Top with raspberries. Serve cold. Enjoy!
Notes
Feel free to use blueberries, blackberries, or any other fruit you have on hand in place of (or in addition to) the raspberries!
